You found another Echoling with another Flowflower, but he's not acknowledging your existence.

Regroup with the others.

Subira: I saw everything. That Echoling completely ignored your presence...
Subira: And got in your way every time you tried to grab the flower.
Subira: If it's being difficult, there are ways to... ahem. Deal with uncooperative spirits.
Subira: We don't know what these things are capable of. If we attack unnecessarily, we may enter a battle we cannot win.
Subira: I find this.
Subira: (Ulfe approaches the group holding a worn, dirty diary.)
Subira: Maybe... we find Ralf?
Subira: (He hands the diary to you.)
Subira: I suppose it's the best option we have. Perhaps if we find this 'Ralf' for him, he will give us the flower in exchange.
Subira: Fine. But if he continues to be difficult, I'll deal with him myself.
: (You take the diary and open it.)
Step 3
In order to unlock the next Flowflower, it seems like you'll need to find the frantic echoling's son, Ralf. His diary mentioned he was on a cliff by the sea.

Look for Ralf on a cliff by the sea.
Dialogue
(You hear a sound from the diary in your pocket. It sounds like someone is writing furiously.)
(The diary opens.)
Step 4
Ralf left the cliff by the sea to go look for the Beast of the Elderwoods. Follow his tracks to find out where he went...

Follow the tracks.

(You hear the sound of writing once again. You know there must be something new in the diary.)

Step 5
Ralf's tracks lead to a small cave under the roots of a tree.

Enter the cave.

There's no sign of Ralf in the cave, but you do see a memorial statue.

Read the shrine inscription.
Dialogue
Here in Windy Cave lies the final resting place of Ralf Chawete. Dutiful son, loving brother, brave hunter. May your light carry on to the next world.

Subira: They didn't teach you about the horrors of war in your Order training? How shocking.
Subira: I am not a fool, Tamala. I'm well aware how terrible it is...
Subira: But it is different to truly see the aftermath for yourself. The scars left behind, not just on the land, but in the people...
Subira: If there had been no War, there would be no Beast to mistake, no Outpost to flee. Ralf's death could have been avoided.
